International Logistics offers the following Returns Policy:
If you purchase something that isn't functioning please email sales@international-logistics.com to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will be issued a number to reference and also instructions on how to return the product.
All product will be inspected and retested. If the product turns out to be functioning the Customer may be charged a 15% restocking fee or the product can be shipped back to the Customer.
We will not accept any returns for incompatibilty issues, so please be sure what you purchase is compatible with your unit.
